Here are 15 simple Habits that would improve your life right now.

  1. Ask yourself for advice first because nobody knows you better than you. You know yourself at the deepest level.
  2. Forgive yourself and other people often 
  3. Eat healthy. Your health is your wealth
  4. Set personal boundaries. Not everyone should be in your inner circle.
  5. Be kind and greet strangers 
  6. Read at least a chapter of a book a day 
  7. Do charitable work (volunteer)
  8. Exercise often 
  9. Sit out with friends often 
  10. Buy new clothes and look good 
  11. Sleep for 8 hours 
  12. Do something for the fun of it 
  13. Greet your spouse everyday 
  14. Be frugal 
  15. Create time to think.
